Challenge
The Agra Palace Indian restaurant launched the idea of creating an interactive online presence, able to support online restaurant‘s communication.
Strategy
Our intent was to create an online presence able to bring in the visitor into Agra Palace world.
Solutions
We created a design that combines warm colors, orange and cherry. The ancient Oriental grounds like papyrus, sacred flowers and ambient music were used to redeem the Indian millennial spirit and bring the visitor into the Agra Palace state.
The site was designed to facilitate navigation. In the spotlight are the information of direct interest for visitor, like menu and online booking.
We implemented a Content Management System (CMS) allow constant updates of the menu and display it in real time in order to inform its customers with the latest news.
To communicate with Agra Palace even when you are not in the restaurant we have created communities in social networks (Facebook, Twitter) for Indian cuisine lovers, but also to keep constant contact with clients.
The blog was created to keep in touch with Indian cuisine lovers, where Arun Kumar, the chef, posts Indian food recipes. The blog is constantly updated with the latest news and information from the Indian culinary field.
For the Indian food lovers we've created a video channel from Agra Palace kitchen wherefrom Arun Kumar shares the delicatessen secrets.
Agra Palace’s visibility increased after the press releases. The news, that a new Indian restaurant was opened was catching up by newspapers, specialized websites and bloggers who wrote about the restaurant.
To stay in touch with the market changes we monitor the daily press, identifying relevant information and quickly respond to every mention of the Agra Palace brand.
Because Agra Palace’s clients are not only from Romania, the site can be also accessed in English language.
